    Attractive venting system

[caption id="attachment_215" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="Noritz boilers @ Key Towers, Sarasota"]Noritz boilers @ Key Towers, Sarasota[/caption] We completed and have very positive feedback on a very large boiler replacement (replaced 1.3m btu std. boiler) with a Noritz wall hung boiler system. The system has provided the heat for the tenants in a 14 floor high rise in Sarasota during this, one of the coldest winters in many years!

The equipment has reduced their gas consumption, saved them space, and performed beautifully this cold winter. Very neat venting system, appealling from the outside.

We are trained, equipped, experienced, & proud to provide some of the most professional tankless & boiler services on the west coast of Florida.

    our mobile tankless service center!

    our mobile tankless service center!

We are finding facilities with tankless water heaters affected by hard water deposits daily! They have one thing in common, the owner typically says “I would have gladly serviced them if I’d known”. Please service your tankless water heaters annually, so you’ll get the maximum benefit from your investment in your tankless water heaters. Florida’s hard water will lower the efficiency & reduce the life of the heaters. Dramatically lower your cost of producing hot water by maintaining your equipment properly.

have you had any issues with the Rinnai heat exchangers? flow control valves?

    • Steven Flocker 11:57 pm on February 21, 2010 Permalink

the heat exchanger & flow control will have issues if exposed to hard water deposits. Flushing the tankless heaters properly is critical to their health. Improper installation of re-circulation pumps can greately accellerate the developing of issues from hard water. Properly serviced, the components will function dependably. “reno”

    Professionals, doing professional work!

    Professionals, doing professional work!

We here at Reno tankless services are looking forward to any customer bringing us their hot water needs. We have water heating solutions that will lower energy costs, free up valuable space, provide endless hot water, and supply cleaner healthier water. Combined with a Sterling Water Conditioner, a facility will have a “state of the art” hot water system.
With the amount of hot water Restaurants & Hotels require they would really benefit from the lowering of their fuel bills by 30 – 35%. Additionally, a Sterling Water Conditioner would remove the effects of hard water without the costs of salt & wasted water backflushing, which also contaminates our groundwater with salt-satured (brine) water.
We have 30 years installing and servicing gas hot water heating equipment!
The last and maybe most exciting part of this equipment, is that all these benefits can be recieved at no higher initial cost than most of the outdated technologies available in the past.
